We are always looking for simple ideas for lunches at home on the weekends or to pack for school lunches. These Trader Joe’s Chicken Gyoza Potstickers are a big hit with everyone.
Find them in the frozen section at Trader Joe’s in chicken, shrimp, veggie, or pork.
Directions are simple and easy! Heat oil in a flat-bottomed pan on medium/high and add gyoza seem side up. Let cook 4-5 minutes then add 1/4 c water. Cover and reduce heat to medium. Cook another 4-5 minutes and they’re done.
They stick to the pan- they’re potstickers after all- so scrape them off the bottom with a fork or metal spatula to preserve the wrapping and crispy spot that is so good.
They are great with soy sauce or coconut aminos and rice. I pack these in my girls’ lunches for school and they love them.
